This initial pencil sketch proposal shows the general features of the garden design. I will visit you to discuss the ideas, and incorporate any amendments into the final design.

This is a hand-coloured scaled outline plan of your proposed garden. This shows the main features of the design including areas of planting. It may include elevations or perspectives to help explain the design. Using this plan we can then finalise the details including materials and plants.

A contractor will require further details in order to cost, set out and build the garden. These include a layout plan incorporating setting out details, drainage and lighting details; a scope of works or full specifications depending on the size of the project; and construction details of specific features if required.

I will create a unique planting design suited to your garden and tastes. I provide you with a detailed Planting Plan and Planting Schedule, showing the name of every plant and where it is to go.
