If after my introductory visit, you decide
to proceed with the services in my quotation, then you will
need to confirm in writing, sending back a signed acceptance
form, and your first stage payment. Once I have received this,
we can book the consultation visit.
Preparation
Preparation is the key. Before the consultation,
I will send you a questionnaire which will start you thinking
about the issues involved.
Preferences
Ensure you have thought about your preferences,
requirements and budget before the meeting. Collect cuttings
or photos that show the styles of design you like and the
kind of garden you have in mind.
People
It is important that all members of the household
have an input into the design. I like (if possible) to meet
both partners at this information gathering stage so that
everyone is in agreement about the brief.
Go ahead
After the consultation I will send you a written
brief which will confirm the requirements we discussed. You
will need to return a signed copy to me, and then the fun
can begin!
